Default Sliders

I'm looking into sliders. I know Rovertym goes without saying but they're a little pricey and slickrock has been out of stock. I don't have much knowledge on the difference between frame and sill mounted. Who makes which kind and which ones hold up better? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I prefer the frame mounted sliders. My reasoning is simple why put the stress of the vehicle weight on the sheet metal when you have this heavy duty frame there to take it.

The advantage of a good frame/sill mounted set of sliders is their extra strength. Sill mounted sliders can bend the sill, easily, and then you can't opn your door.
Try RTE, they have one of the better Sliders as does Slick Rock.
The other thing you can do is build your own, if interested, I have some plans I can send you that should get the job done for you.

Aaron and Jon make some great looking sliders. From what I understand they are exceptionally solid as well.
