Kenwood KDC-X590

Kenwood 600x2 amp.

Kenwood Sirius receiver

Kicker L5 SoloBaric

and some kenwood front 2-way door speakers and some Infinity rear speakers.

It's no "slammin" system, but the Kicker takes up no room at all and hits pretty hard for a 10". The other components match well at a fair price.

the amplifier for the subs are mounted to the back of the left rear seat. the subs are in small sealed plexiglass boxes which makes for tight bass (none of that ghetto boom) at the expense of ultra low frequency extension.

Bone Stock!

I am looking at a NAV Head Unit with Bluetooth Capability though. Alpine has everything but it all adds up$$$, but the Pioneer has its upsides too and then there is Eclipse, but that's another thread.

I have an alpine deck(can't remember the number), with a 600W JL amp, And one 12" JL sub in a ported box(the box is far too big). And Memphis Audio speakers(cause the lifetime warranty and price).

hey ben, u can check out bazooka sub tubes. there small but pack a punch and u can get them w/ built in amps. http://www.sasbazooka.com/productAutoAmplifiedBTsBT.asp
i think i am going to get the 8" w/ built in amp. i like bass but i do not want to take up my whole cargo area for a sub. bazooka make marine style sub and etc http://www.sasbazooka.com/productMarine.asp. i have a pioneer deck w/ ipod adaptor, 2 tweeters, 4-4" pioneer speakers. nice sound but the bass is not there from the 4" speakers. get a bass soon to help out the sound.

I have Rockford Fosgate speakers, no subwoofer, cheapo wires run by the previous owner (poorly), and a giant gaping hole in the middle of the dash where the stereo should be
