I found the battery management unit that we used to have on the rover and that got removed a few years ago... Now I would like to re install it and see if it works or not... So here are my dilemmas, I have no idea how to connect the two batteries together so that i have 12v instead of 24... And the second one is that is it ok to connect 2 batteries with different amperages??? my main one is 100 amps and can't fit another one in the box but can with a 75, so is it ok to connect these 2 together???

You can tie two batteries together but they must be equal batteries, by model and amperages or they will not charge properly.
As for the connection of the batteries, positive to positive and negative to negative and you are still at 12 volts. Mike |
