Newbie question: I've had an LR3 for 4 days now it's time to hook up the toys. Anyone running upright bike carriers on their roofs? From prior vehicles I've got two Thule Side Arms & Velo Vices each. And before I go get a Thule adapter and feet was curious whether anyone is running similar and how they find the loading. Reason for my concern is my 48LB freeride rig... I imagine that will be staning on the lower tailgate and positining the ride, and not fouling the upper tail gate. Groan.
The juggle will be positioning the bars for bikes might be different for the Evolution 1800 ski box. Any advice? ANd thanks. |
