Hey Wolf,

Just installed my S50 into a DII yesterday. What model vehicle do you have and which receiver did you buy? I just have to finish the hardwiring today.

I placed mine above the drive side vent on top of the dash... The smooth finish of the trim made for an ideal place to attach with an adhesive. Sorry, I can mod the exterior but drilling or cutting inside is hard for me to do. Just strange like that, I guess.

If you are running wires into the radio area for direct connect you can even make a small opening under the rubber mat on top of the dash. It would hide well. It would be the shortest distance to the radio...
