Did anyone notice the Vehicle weight under the bragging rights...2100lbs???
I think that is just for the bumper, right? Maybe they misunderstood.
On a positive note...not the most aethestically pleasing bumper but decent fab work.

Construction bumper
That looks like a contractor's construction bumper to me; the kind you can hang ladders on. Now, he needs one on the rear. Doubles as a passenger safety cage when the ladders are installed correctly.
