Lot of Rovers around here but today, I saw a dark blue DII with what looks like an RTE FRONT Bumper, with skid front skid plates and black steele wheels. Might be visiting, "Cali" Plates. It was parked on MCLB Albany.
Haven't seen a DII around here like that yet.
