pete, i'm guessing you've used these guys before? do they have "accessories" in stock in the shop? or is it a "we can order that for you..." type of place?

I have not. But someone either on this forum or Land Rover forums definitely has. And he said they have good service. They told me about the place. And as far as I know it is the only specialty land rover shop in south east florida.

I haven't been there yet but I know the owner of British Rover used to be the manager of Land Rover of Fort Lauderdale at the old location on Federal Highway. He's a good guy and I've heard their prices are pretty good too.
Maybe I'll make an excuse to go up there next week and have a look

I got a chance to take a drive up to British Rover in Pompano. Their labor prices are less than half of LR of Ft. Lauderdale dealership. Example: change plugs and wires on an '04 Disco II... dealership $1100.00, British Rover $460.00. They are an ARB dealer but do not carry inventory.
They have a couple '04 Discos a couple LR3s
And 4 Defenders
