Goofing off in the great white north.
|
Is anyone planning on going? I think I am going to take some time off from work for it this year. Anyone in New England want to convoy down?

I have a lot going on, but I'm going to try and make a day or two.

A convoy from NJ is leaving Thursday morning.. not sure how many people we'll have.. but we're going to take rt 78 west to 81 south (through PA) to avoid all of the DC area traffic... We're planning on leaving late morning, so if thats anywhere near your directions, you're more than welcome to join up with us.

Ryan,
Some others that will be headed out in your direction of travel are Trevor Griffiths, Randy Williams, Jason Bard, Sean Roche, Chris Martin, and Steve Hoare. I think most are south of you. Not sure if you know any of those guys or not..... |

I'll be there.
The trails are looking good. But a burst of weather could change that quickly. The log bridges have been repaired and a new one built as a bypass to the mud pit that near the river past the causeway. |

rmuller- I may try to plan on meeting up on Thursday morning. We are driving from Boston and need to leave early anyways and would likely be rolling through NJ about the time you are leaving.
We have never been to MAR and have only had our Disco for about 5 months and don't know what to expect. So if we were able to hook up with some MAR veterans it might make our introduction a bit easier. Let's get in touch as the date gets nearer. |

Hey Russ.. I believe our plans are to meet at the TA Truck Stop on Rt 78 (Exit 7) near the NJ/PA border at 11:00am on Thursday, and then head out.. not sure if its going to be 2 trucks or 10 trucks going yet..
