Default Milwaukee area Land Rover gathering

I would like to organize a group of rover owners and rover nuts in the Milwaukee area for road rallies, camping trips, shop talk, parts swap etc.
I own two rovers,an 88" 1973 series III RHD and a 00 Disco II. I competed in the national G4 challenge last year which sadly was the last event ever held as Rover cancelled further stages in dec of 08. So needless to say I am a bit of a "roverholic" seriously considering rehab do to my wife's persistence. She drives the disco and is not willing to trade for that chawton white LR3 I drove in nevada!

Come on Rover nuts I know you are out there!

Nate,

I live in Kenya and have a series 1974 SWB. It had been sitting for ten years, I have got it running but something is wrong with the clutch, tomorrow I start pulling the gear box. I am from Waukesha. I will be home May to July. My number is 262 542-9563

I had a similar problem and replaced the clutch assembly from DAP rover in vermont and solved it instantly about a two hour fix and a rover buck (100.00). Hope you figured it out. Is your series in Kenya or WI?

Nate
