Most of you prolly' already know this, but I've read where some were having trouble in this area. This is intended for those who aren't as compuer savvy.
GOTO: START THEN: All programs/accessories/paint THEN: FILE, OPEN. Browse until you find the pic you want,and load it. In PAINT: GOTO: Image On the drop-down, choose "STRETCH/SKEW" In the stretch options, change the percentage from 100% to whatever you need. (i.e. 66% will reduce original by 1/3rd. Make sure you put the same values in both the horizontal and vertical boxes, otherwise yer pic'll look funny. Hope this helps!

an even easier way to resize pictures is to use this image resizer. right click the picture and select resize. then select the size you want. thats it!
