Default Front drive shaft

Looking for the front drive shaft for a 2000 disco II. I really just need the slip yoke but will take the whole thing if I have to. thanks

Or even better.. Great Basin Rovers (www.greatbasinrovers.com) or Tom Woods (www.4xshaft.com) .... they both have them for 350-375.. built with greasable u-joints so you wont have it explode/deteriorate on you again.

I've got a Genuine with new centre bearing and all three Spicer u-joints... just rebuilt, $279.

thanks for the replies guys. I have found a replacement slip yoke. One question though; any idea how slip yoke from another shaft will match up with my drive shaft?

Do you mean another of the same exact type of shaft or another type?
Get the thing balanced if you swap parts on it.

It is a slip yoke from the same shaft. Hopefully. I will inspect it very carefully when it arrives and I will have a local shaft shop balance. Any idea on the cost of balancing??

Cost of balancing varies a LOT. Some places do it for just a few bucks, some are REALLY high. I think I paid $10 last time I had one done.
