I've got one of those actually. I'll be taking the gauge cluster apart this weekend for sure I need to swap out the tach to see if I can get my truck working.

$10 plus shipping sound fair?

remove the cluster, four nuts hold it from under the dash, remove the trim piece that holds the clear plastic to the cluster, remove the metal bracket from the bottom, push the plastic tabs to release it... I tried to do it while the metal bracket was still attached and that is when it popped

I'll keep an eye out for that metal bracket. I may go down to the garage tonight and get some work done so I might be able to get the part out to you friday or sat. Since I would like to get the tach and front seats/carpet swapped out before I leave for xmas with the family back in the midwest.
