Okay maybe it's not really called that but it's located right below the bell housing of the tranny has 3 screw holes on it..

I shipped the peep hole plate with the three bolts but was unsure of what other bolt you were looking for. Were you talking about the bolts that hold the torque convertor in place? They are 17mm or was there another bolt you were looking for?
