JC,
The field of possible D90 candidates might be fairly tight, so My suggestion is that if you find one in the condition and price range you want, you forget about the color for the time being. A gallon of Conniston green urethane enamal is only about $90, and the prep work to do a paint job on these is only a few days tops. Chances are very good when you find the right truck is that there is going to be rust in the cappings or sill/door pillar, and attending to those is requisite before the paint job anyway. As long as the market price of these trucks remains artifically high, some compromises are needed if you want to get the best price for condition. That Red one that sold down your way went about as cheap as any '97 I have ever seen ($16Kish) and alot of body and paint work could have factored into the mix for that kind of money. |

Here's a link to one on D-90.com. The consensus is that it's a nice truck and a very accurate description. I have no affiliation with the seller. Good luck.
