Hi All,
I finally took some pictures of the finished product today and thought I'd share. My Land Rover is a 1966 SIIa mounted on a Defender 110 chassis. It's got a 4.0 V8 backed up with a R380 5-speed and an LT230 transfer case. I like to say I've got the best of both worlds: All the charm and style of a SIIa coupled with the grace and agility of a 110! Lots of pics of the rebuild here: http://tinyurl.com/47nc3 All the wrench turning was done by Stephen Peters at Safari Rover in Orlando, FL. If you need any work done, he gets a big thumbs up from me for a job well done! http://www.safarirover.com -Chris- Last edited by cestes : 09-18-2005 at 07:04 PM. Reason: updating picture |
