If you have a friend that works at a dealership, they usually have many of the Camel races on tape, I borrowed some once and watch hours of the different year races.

Ron, right you are..I think I beat teh snot out of mine and it looks new compared to Camel trucks (if you disregard all the custom pin-striping)...

Mike, the last time I asked for Camel Trophy videos at a dealer, all I got were blank stares..lol...I'll give it a try in teh GA dealers now.

North Point does not seem that bad I've had good experiences with them. But they still might not know about the Camel Trophy Videos. Most of their clients aren't interested in that. For them a Rover is something to be seen in and not something to see things in. But the staff seems very knowledgeable.

Wow. That would suck. Aren't there a lot of independent shops in Atlanta? I think they are getting tired of driving the 4hrs to pick my car up these days. I was taking it to them ever other oil change at 7500mile service interval well I change the oil every 3k miles. After the free serice was up they told me I only have to bring it back for 60k, 90k and maybe 120k. I think after I change to greaseable u-joints I'll only have to worry about reg Maint unless I end up doing some excursions.

DRUM are you a member of SOLARS? I'd like to get together with a group to off-roading but it's roughly 3-4hrs to ATL(depending on traffic on I-75 of course)

I'm in Albany. It would be nice to do a weekend trip. My summer is already jammed up with weddings but I'd like to squeeze an outing in there somewhere.

JC, you are found GUILTY of Highjacking your own thread!

ALL the Camel Trophy videos are available. Rovers North has them as well as another auto related video supplier (in other words, I forgot their name) I have bought from. The one that did Land Rovers Across America.
