OK, this is an old thread, but here is something new: I've done this, and I'm glad I did. The light output of the '03 headlights is MUCH better than the original. The wife had troubles seeing at night, and since the truck is mostly driven by her, she's very happy with the conversion. Also, the truck looks a lot more modern, if you ask me. In any case, the whole thing cost me just under 1K since I did not do the work myself.
Also I will take this opportunity to let you all know that the truck is now for sale, as she wants an X5. I've posted this on one of the other Land Rover forums, as well... Here is a pic. |
