Default Getting Ready For Rally

The only picture I had on this site was(avatar) me (standing in front of my Porsche 968)(didn't really fit the forum!).Here is a shot my 97 Discovery(actually clean and in the driveway).I bought the vehicle with the intention of making it off road worthy and taking it to LR rally(Moab)(sounded like good time).I have done a lot of neglected maintenance and clean up plus added 2" suspension kit,265/75/16 radial mud terrains and some other off road stuff(Mofab light bar, rear off road light,ect.).Still a few things to add but it has come a long way.Looking forward to trek to Utah in Sept.

Super nice, But try to get a full size spare by september. A lot of off-road event won't let you participate if you don't have proper recovery points in the front and back, and a full size spare.

Default More to come!

Thanks,I am going to get the matching(size)spare.I also have ordered (MoFab) D-ring shackle(for rear recovery) and a couple up front as well.(got a recovery kit coming from Atlantic British).Springs/shocks are ProComp(Rovers North).I have heard pro/con about ProComp(especially for Rovers) so we'll see. They are huge improvement over OE(original equipment not Old Man Emu) stuff that was on it.If they don't hold up I'll change em out. Thanks for feedback.
