I do think I will PM you about that because I would love to go sometime.

And I used OME springs and Bilstien shocks. It is exciting when you get em!

Im not exactly sure how much it cost because I got it for Christmas, but I can add up a basic total:

AB Air to Coil kit w/ overide modual = 850
but somehow my dad got it without the springs which cost about 360..
So maybe we paid about 500 for that kit.
OME 761 = 80
OME 781 = 80
Bilstien shocks = 240
JSK Quick Disconect = 150

Total ~ 1000

Hmm, for some reason it doesn't look "lifted" to me. Must be the pictures!
Well done either way, and go for MT's.

I think its prety much said and done with the ATs, but I too think its the pictures.. I'll get a side view of it. It is thou, and I love it.

Also since its about an inch lower in the front, we ordered the 751's to replace the 761's (for some reason the smaller numbers bigger) and I'll see how it works.

Just in the interests of accuracy, that's $80 per coil, so the total would be $320. Unless you got some sort of amazing deal that I've never heard of....

needs more lift, no running boards, and mt's. But thats me, looks good, I like it though and spacers could help with the attitude. Why not get a front 2' spacer and rear 1'

haha.. because P38s are notorious for rejecting large lifts. I would rather lift it, put my swaybar extensions on, tires, and be sone with it. but maybe some day. It would be prety cool.

Why thank you. I take that as quite the compliment! Over on discoweb there are a few other P38s for me to chat with, but its cool being one of the only ones too.

Looks good.

I installed an AB coil conversion kit on my wife's 2000 P38 last summer after repeated EAS failures 30 miles from the nearest paved road. The AB coil springs were WAY too soft and the suspension would bottom out if you glanced sideways at a small bump.

Replaced the AB coils with OME coils from British Pacific. OME 777 in the front and OME 761 in the rear, for about a 1" lift. Truck drives great and wife is very happy

Next step is to replace the 255/55/18 Nitto Terra Grapplers currently on the truck with 265/65/18 BFG AT's. Lots of $$ for the tires, but it should be worth it in the long run.

Well, I had quite an amazing day today.
First, I got up and mounted my new PIAA 510a on my roof rack.
Second, I got my new BFG ATs mounted on my hurricanes.
Third, I drove 40 minutes away, picked up my new custom made spacers, drove 40 minutes back, and put them on.
And finaly, when I get it all togeather and drive home, it starts to snow!!

Now Iv got jalepeno poppes in the oven, a few buddies coming over in a bit, and some new pics of my truck to show you!
Here they are:

Looks outstanding!!! I think I would have waited for the MTs though.

You are definitely going to have some driveline vibration with 38" at the wheel well. If you haven't already next stop will be Great Basin Rovers for a new extended front drive shaft.
