I love the look. particularly the black rims on the black truck. I'd personally go a little higher profile on the tire, but other than that looks great.

Seing that he's not responding to the feedback he's been getting, tells me that he 's not liking it.
Waitaminute!!!! I looked at those pictures again, and you're busted dude!!!! first of all, being a cop has me look at license plates, and this is not a Quebec plate not even Canadian, in fact I'd say Las Vegas, Texas or Whatever. Second, Quebec vehicles don't have front plates like all the others in the picture. Third, even if these were Ontario plates (for those who don't know, Ontario is Quebec neibourgh province) there's no way that every car on that street would be visitors. And last, but it could have been first....Palm trees don't grow in Canada. Indoors maybe, but definitely not in the front yard. On my part, lets say this is the truck you bought and the ex-owner's pictures are the only ones you have ????? As a fellow Quebecer in the Outaouais region, I can only say that we don't have the roads to run those pimp-my-wheels type of trucks, for the simple reason that having very bad winters here, causes us to have to deal with year-round potholes. With this said,Although I really like the looks of the exhaust and the headlights upgade, I think that it's s shame to be driving a Land Rover of all vehicles, and have to look out and swirl around potholes like a kid in dropped civic. So I say drop those ridiculous wheels and get some 16s with more aggressive yet street friendly tires and you'll have on of the most beautifull Discovery in your area. Cause around here....It's mine ![]() Last edited by Steph : 04-28-2008 at 05:46 PM. |

Relax there Steph. He/she could have taken pics of the rig anywhere and then moved to Quebec. One more Q, why do you think the lights have been upgraded?

Don't worry about me relaxing, the sole reason I come here for is to relax. As for the palm trees, with the global warming, or global shifting like I like to call it, maybe in a few decades Palm trees will grow here.

The blue mail box in the second to last picture would also suggest the picture was not taken in Canada. Canada Post boxes are red, but I've had pictures taken in Mexico and I don't live there either
. Agree I do like the exhaust but am not much for the rims....most people that live in rough winters and deal with serious pot holes for the other half of the year wouldn't go near those with a 10 foot pole whether you like them or not.

ugghhhh. Looks like the rovers that I used to sse in DC all of the time. The hardest core off-roading anyone ever does with them is to cross over the median when they are in a traffic jam. What a waste of a great off-road vehicle.
