...right before paying an equally expensive fee to play a round of golf with equally expensive clubs for which you will also feel the need to take pictures of with your already mentioned equally expensive camera...

Hmmm, interesting. Sounds a wee more posh than a round of shackle-shoes, wieners & Shlitz. Do I take the butler along or no?

Thanks Gordo! I ran into David & Hillary at LRNR!! Felt like a shmuck...the old you look familiar but...met too many new faces there my head was spinning, or too much alcohol in the system

Actually Dan & I were talking about attending the fall rally last night! Hollar at me if there's anything else going on before then too. Yeah I will start visiting the FLRC board more often, such a slacker.

It's a custom bumper by Rovertym

Some people are shortening their height sensor rods (assuming you're talking about air suspension models) to trick the sensors - on-road height becomes near off-road height, off-road height becomes extended off-road height... some have modded a quick swap rod set to use shorter rods only when called for.

286/65/18 is about the biggest you can fit I believe.

I am apparently in the minority, but that's the first bumper I've seen from RTE that I think is down right ugly. On the other hand, if it does the job, that's what really counts.

Yeah, from the front, I find it a bit thick myself. Looks like it was stolen from a big rig Peterbuilt. but I do like the looks from the top and side. Definitely not what I would call ugly though. Its just that from the front, it should have a little more angles in it, like a diamond type thing. Maybe full lenght vertical bump stops would help dress it up a little and make it less flat looking. My 02 C

That's okay, I don't expect everyone to like it To me it's ugly - yet so fresh, and functional, just like the LR3 lol.

Here's a shot comparing the before & after.
