Default painted rims RRC

so i decided to paint my rims and i also made my snorkel a little better

Snorkel is getting there.. paint the hose clamps black as well... and I still dont understand the LR3 side vent... thats basically the opposite of what a snorkel is... no?

yes the LR3 vent is for cooling, it turned out to work pretty good

I will say my motor does produce emense heat, not enough to overheat anymore, but some decent baking heat nonetheless.

The vent seems like a cool idea to vent that heat. The snorkel looks great, I have yet to paint mine, even though I don't run it for daily use, I simply leave it disconnected until absolutely needing it.

I can't say more about the wheels, except they look AWESOME. I too have the "Cyclone" style wheels on mine, and I must say a coat of flat black looks great, makes me wanna do te same thing for mine. What did you use to prep the wheels? And what type of paint did you use?

i cleaned them and sanded them down and did 2-3 coats of rustoleum flat black paint, well see how long they hold up
