That blue filter is only there for street driving. I connect the Filter housing back to the snorkel when I wheel.

Well, the off-roading could be a Lot better. I am way down south so it is pretty flat. But I make some trips more up north that have some nicer trails.

Besides that I like florida. I live 5min away from the ocean and all i do is fish and dive during summer/spring. It is also really "open" here. no mountains or anything blocking the open sky.
