I put it on there to see what it would do and how the disco would drive with it. It was just a $25 experiment. It is in the garage now somewhere. The filter box is back in and connected to the snorkel.

I never went off-roading with the cone filter. It was just on for a week of street driving. It makes the engine sound a little louder. And that is about it.

A lot better. People hate on the destinations but they're great if you don't wheel on sharp rocks.

Wear great, grip great in the rain. Pull right through mud. I offroad with a bunch of jeeps on super swampers and I keep right up. So far so good.

Nice!

I had originally liked your old TGs. But after seeing the destinations, they look great!

Hey Jup...have you found a good and reliable way to get the humidity out of the lights ????

I've had the new lights sitting on my work bench for over a month cause I'm afraid that I'll make a huge mistake and end up with problems, instead of being happy with the new look.

Nothing worse than an irreversible self induced problem, especially when its based on looks alone!!!!

knowadamean ?!?!

Oh, and your truck looks awesome by the way.

Yeah. I just took the lights off the truck and on the back side of the lights there are these circles that twist off so you can change the light bulbs. So I just opened it up and let it naturally dry out and twisted the circle covers back on and put the lights back in.

I got the condensation from wading too deep and my lights were not sealed good enough so I just resealed them with some silicone. Otherwise, if your not going in deep water you shouldn't need to reseal them and they shouldn't fog up. But if they do fog up because it rained hard or something, you just have to take them out and let them air out again.

Yeah, he doesn't like me much.

How is a snorkel, bogus?

Who cares if the white letters are out, its preference. It doesn't mean a damn thing haha.

I have no winch because they are expensive. I'll get one eventually. But not for a couple years or so..

Who has a roof rack and doesn't use it? I don't drive around tound with all my gear up there. I use it for when I go canoing or when my trunk is full... And no, I don't use it often. but It came with the truck and I make use of it when I have too. It's kinda hard to do an expedition when your trying to graduate a university.

Firestones are great tires, idk what is up his butt. does it really matter if the white letters are out? no. haha

Default I know

I guess the BOGUS SNORKEL was towards the pic under the hood showing the K&N ( or similar ) cone intake. But after the pics you CLEARLY STATE that you use the setup while ON ROAD and then connect the airbox to the snorkel while wheeling.

Now on a note about the winch. I have a Superwinch LP8500 and I think I got it shipped for 400.00 from OK Auto, 4wd & Tire just in case you are interested.

I think you can throw a GATOR on the roof, take a pic and that will take care of the ROOF USAGE *LMFAO*

I agree, I personally don't like the WLO ( I've put mine in ), but I respect your choice, at the end of the day , who drives the Rover...

On the tires. The sidewall lettering. Some people put the black letters in, some put them out. I drove my disco for 4 years with the white letters in and wanted to see how it looked with them out. My next set will be black sidewall. But the set after that might be white. depends what mood I'm in when I get the tires mounted haha.

So far, I really like my the look with the WLO.
