I just removed my swaybars on my Range Rover LWB. I see a difference but not that much; I think that my OME HD springs are to stiff for the front and they don't compress/extend enough. May change them for Rovertym springs.

I removed the rear sway bar on mine. I noticed a difference.
I have to work on the front suspension though. I am not fully 'flexed'. I think I can unseat the spring before I max out the travel, I could be wrong. ![]()
