Default RRC Stained Dash Under $20

Could look better, I used polyshades stain (has polyurethane mixed in) and did about 4-5 coats and sanded between each coat. Unfortunatley the last coat got a some crap in it but i was tired of no dash and said f*ck it lol.............

I just removed the old veneer and sanded it, (too much some areas ) and then applied stain.

The worst part is getting the old stuff off, you have to make sure you don't mess up the wood underneath the veneer or you have more sanding ahead....

I tried multiple things to pick/pry old veneer off: knife, spatula, x-acto knife, pizza cutter, sander......

It sucks lol
