Default Serg finally buys another Land Rover!!

Well I told you guys I would be back... after being Roverless for over a year.... and searching for months for a nice and clean 1995 RRC, I have struck again.

This one came courtesy of my "Range Rover Wanted" ad on Craigslist (I LOVE Craigslist for buying and selling my cars!).. anyhow here are the details:

1995 Range Rover Classic Long Wheel Base in Beluga Black. Paint is really nice. Has 3 past owners and only 74k oriignal, documented miles. Everything except cruise control works! No warning lights on the dash (knocks on wood.... ) Has original air suspension, a nice Alpine stereo with CD Changer and an Eclipse amp. Interior very nice, but headliner is sagging in back. Seats in excellent shape with no rips, rear seats look like new, fronts have sheepskin seat covers on them. Got a huge file folder full or receipts and maintance work done. All scheduled maintenance has been done! Even has new oil cooler, radiator and transmission hoses!

Runs great, tracks straight.... even came with $1200 worth of Yakima racks.... gonna take those and the factory running boards off and sell em (cheaply if anyone wants any of it).... Need to turf the front spoiler too, they look much tougher without. All this for $5700... it was another great deal! Gonna keep this one, indefinitely. It's too nice! Gonna leave it as it is and just drive it, so the STI doesn't have to be driven daily now.

Looks like a nice example!

It's been so long since I've seen one in stock form! Except it has the wrong LR badge on the rear. The 1995's came with the word Classic under the oval.

I bought a SWB version of the same truck in 2000 and just sold it in late 2006.

Very nice!

Do me a favor. Post a photo with the suspension 'slammed'. I always thought that looked cool!

Actually the badge in your pic only went on 1995 SWB models, not 1995 LWB models. The badge on my RRC is correct as it is a 1995 LWB.

Cool! I learned something new!

I just wanted you to know if there was a hidden problem.

Great looking truck, it is so clean though Ibet you'll have a hard time getting her off the road.

This post should be titled. Serg buys another Land Rover but sells all the accessories.

Serg, is there any car you'll want to keep until your last days and be able to say something like, "I've owned that _____ since I was __ and its never let me down"...???
