02 navigation swap - Land Rovers Only

Does anybody know if it is possible to swap out the smaller navigation system from the 02 4.6 hse to the newer systems from a 03 4.6hse
i know the newer system has the radio integrated into it but i'm curious if anybody knows if it can be done or has already performed the swap and can supply me with this information thanks

I've thought of doing the same too. Let it go while contemplating the difficulty and cost. Would love to see the replies to this!
