02 Rangie Climate Control Illum - Land Rovers Only

Have an 02 Rangie with heated seats. The lower half of the climate control illumination is out. Guessing they did not build it that way, is it a matter of just changing a bulb or fuse, or something more sinister. Say, like a complete dash removal.

there is a bulb to illuminate it. you'll have to take the hvac control unit out of the dash, which means you have to remove the trim which surround the clock, radio, and hvac.

Had the same problem at one point. It is a light bulb change. Pain in the ass for a 5 dollar part
