Question 1999 HSE All Wheels locked up?

1999-HSE-All wheels locked up while in gear? Any thoughts? AWD issue? Was not able to move even when pushing in neutral.

Any help or suggestions would be very helpful before I have it towed to get repaired, fearful it's an expensive fix?

Thanks

You had the transmission in nuetral; but did you also put the transfer case in nuetral as well?

Not sure what you mean by transfer box and how would I be able to put it in neutral? Thanks.

My bad. I thought on the 99', you'd be able to disengage the t-case. But with the H gate shifter, it doesn't seem that you'd be able to. Too much technology strikes again.
