Default 2001 Range Rover SE Service Engine Light DTC codes P1414 P1417

Ok, so I haven't had my Range Rover for very long, a little less than a month. Anyway the Service Engine Soon light came on right about the 3000 mile time frame for my oil. I assumed it was just on for the service interval. I changed my oil checked and topped off all other fluids, brakes, diff, transmission, air filter etc. The light was still on. So then I broke out my OBD II scanner and its throwing two codes P1414 and P1417, both of which have the DTC description of "Manufacturer Contrl Auxiliary emission Controls." So to me sounds like possible vacuum hose fault, but I'm nothing special when it comes to mechanic work, as I've never done much more than regular service and maintenance. Can someone help me clarify what these codes are telling me and how to begin trouble shooting the problem to identify a specific cause and solution?

If anyone was wondering or not, I did manage to solve the problem, more or less. One quick fix I found was a loose vacuum hose. The other problem was a slight coolant leak from the underside of the throttle body which finally gave way to a big leak. That one i didnt find until the rover over heated on me, luckily I was only 2 or 3 miles from the house. Until I can get the new parts to fix it I just bypassed the piece by joining the inlet and return coolant hoses. It's done fine since and no codes have resurfaced.
