Default 2003 hse air susp and gear problems

Hi guys,
I have had my rover for about 3 months now and have seen my first problems.
It started as a squeak in my passenger rear air bag. Feels like its coming from inside the assembly. A few days ago, I started it up and the air suspension inactice message came up. Oddly enougha, the compressor seems to be working as it drops upon parking, and goes back to normal height when put into gearam the inactive message remains, but is drivable. It just will not rise to offroad height or lower to hwy driving height. It just seems to be keeping at normal ride height.
Also, a couple of times it has dropped out of fifth when driving and wouldn't allow me to go over third gear. I pulled over both times and after 5 minutes it worked fine for the remainder of the trip.
I live 4 hours fr the dealership so any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. I am not the most mechanically inclined individual but I have a feeling its time to learn.

No tranny messages and it has worked fine since. Wondering if it might have something to do with the computer. The rover dealer didn't tell me much but they told me to try a hard reset. Any ideas on the suspensions?
