96 HSE radio code procedure. - Land Rovers Only

Hello all, I just got this truck and there was no owners manual or anything. I called the dealer and obtained the code. Problem is when I put in the code nothing happens. I am going nuts without tunes so am wondering what to do next. Thanks

Sounds like you do not have the proper code. I had a 1995 and the code they gave me based on the vin number was not the correct code for the radio. They'll need the code off the back of the radio.

there is a sticker on it and the last five numbers I believe is the code. look for a long serial number on the bottom of it.
