99 RR driver side window problems

the window will not go up all the way the computer says that it is not set when i try to close it all the way the window starts clicking the window will get within an inch of the top of the weather stripping when it starts making the clicking noise

Does anybody know what the problem might be?

You probably need to replace the window regulator. It's a fairly easy job if you have the workshop manual. You will also need a rivet gun and some rivets. Oh, and a new window regulator.
