Default Battery Dead Every Single Morning?!

So I just started driving my range rover a bit more regularly and the battery is dead every morning.

This evening I realised the footwell lights remained illuminated even after I locked the doors and so I took the bulbs out but that is a lame fix and I want to know what I can do to correct this issue.

Any suggestions?

Later,
Tom
