Battery died and car wont open with key

Hey guys
Newbie here

So the car battery died AGAIN! In the past we were able to open the door via remote. Now the remote wont open it and we tried opening with the key however when we turn the key its not opening.

Any suggestions as to why this is happening and how to remedy it.

Hmmm. You removed the drivers handle cap and the key won't turn? Why wouldn't the key match? Tow it in to the dealer if you have warranty... If your warranty is out, remove the lower engine tray (ten 13mm bolts) and hook up a jumper box positive to either the starter power wire or the alternator power wire and the engine block for ground. Once you have power, unlock it with the key remote. Then get your door lock fixed as soon as possible.
