Hi,
Locate the EAS control module beneath the drivers seat. (This will be the lowest module, beneath the transmission control module.) Disconnect the module connector. In the wiring harness leading to the module, locate the BLUE wire with the PINK stripe. Cut this wire and permanently ground. Locate the BLUE wire with the WHITE stripe and temporararily ground. Turn the ignition to the "RUN" position. Listen for the audible alert, then remove the BLUE/WHITE wire from the temporary ground and tape up the end to avoid shorts. This will put the module in EAS Manual mode. Leave module connector unplugged. Phew !!!! |
