I had this exact same problem...Doesn't just chime when you start driving but keeps going constantly as you drive.

I found a little clip about 2" by 4" with a hole in it around 1" square. When inserted into the seat belt socket, it fools the vehicle into not chiming. Mine came with the vehicle- it's located just behind the drivers shoulder on the door post and luckily it is connected by a handy strap to stop you from loosing it. Best thing to do is sit down- pull the little clip across you and stick it in the receiver. The straps are on a roller so they won't bother you too much as they cross your shoulder and lap.

As a Fireman who goes to accidents, my advice would be -Where your fu%king seatbelt - it means we don't have to walk as far to pick bits of you up

put your seatbelt on? just a thought...

if you jumper the wire, the airbag will react differently and can blow in your face in a crash.
it has also has seat sensor that determines if the person in the seat is a certain weight and will judge how to blow the bag.
