Default Help! New Owner - Aftermarket radio install

Hi, I am a brand new owner to a 1998 Range Rover HSE 4.6. From scanning the web, it looks like aftermarket radio installations can be challenging. I don't need or want anything exotic. Only for a working radio/CD player for long trips (4-8 hours). I have purchased a standard sized Kenwood radio CD player and was told by (ahem) Best Buy that I needed to look on the Crutchfield website for the mounting kit and they would perform the install. I can't find anything for a 1998 Range Rover mounting kit. Help . Thanks.

You can relatively easy add ] -you will also need a harness that will allow install without cutting of the OEM wiring.

OEM Head unit is connected by a fiberoptic cable to OEM amp. U will need to hide OEM HU in the dash, and wire new HU to aftermarket amp, then into OEM speaker wiring.

Just for BT I used Parrot, which works just fine.
