Default Horn not working, trouble shooting?

Hey,

I searched past threads but didn't see any answers to my problem. My horn doesn't work on my 2000 4.6. It used to but stopped. I checked the fuses and they "look" fine. I wouldn't think both horns would just stop working on a 2000 already but maybe they are problematic (?).

I checked my RAVE manual but outside of replacement, they don't really help me. I would like to determine the problem in the most logical sequence. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
ps. replaced my heater matrix o-rings last weekend and it was a smashing success. Used the methods shown on forums not to remove dash etc and it worked like a charm. Thanks for all of your comments, links and suggestions...and for saving me a load of cash!
