Default LOUD Vibration When P38 Exceeds 65-75 MPH?

Hey guys,

I just started taking my Range Rover out a bit more regularly and my first trip down the highway I noticed a very LOUD vibration/rattle coming from the engine/hood area when I went around 70?

Any clue as to what might be causing this?

Later,
Tom

P.S. FYI -It seemed to start up sooner (a lower speeds) when I was driving against the wind than when I was driving with it.

Sounds like it could be your Drive shafts U Joints needing servicing or replacement..

Is it common for them to vibrate at that speed?

Later,
Tom

Ok they checked out the Ujoints and everything was fine. They said it might be my tires but I've had three different sets of rims on my car since it started doing this?

Honestly it sounds like it is coming from inside the dash itself or maybe the plastic piece the windshiled wipers are mounted on behind the hood?

Any other thoughts? I really want to get this fixed :-(

Later,
Tom
