Would the center brake light on a 2000 RR 4.6 HSE being out cause the message center to sound numerous beeps on start up?

there are beeps for a system check and for your seatbelt. If you don't put ur seatbelt on right away it makes it beep a lot more. Try putting your seatbelt on before you start the car and see what happens.
