Using the Rovacom, go to BCEM, scroll down to the alarm/imobiliser box & switch one or both off. Central & manual locking still work, as does the flashing LED on the dash, however, if the car is locked with the remote, then unlocked with the key, the engine will still be imobilised.

modelman , thank you . followed your advice. had to take it to an independant because the agent refused to do it for me.

what a relief , i can visit malls without having to get towed back home.
