Painting Grey range rover 4.0 bumpers

How do i go about painting my grey rr 4.0 bumper to black, and make it match the car. If i take it to a body shop can they do it for me, and does anyone have any idea about how much that would cost?

If I were you I'd expect to pay $250-300 for just doing the bumper.

Since I just had it done I gotta warn you though - once you colourmatch the front bumper, that grey plastic on the back bumper you never even noticed before starts looking pretty shabby. lol
