Default Problem fuel tank

Recently, I have begun having issues with fuel tanks. The original tank (192000k miles) sprung a leak from the vent hose that runs from the lower front to the upper rear of the tank. I got a tank from a junk yard and had it replaced...same problem. The shop dropped the tank and epoxied the vent hose and vent and it seemed to work. Meanwhile, I called the junk yard and discussed it with them, and they agreed to send me another. It was installed a little more than a week ago, and has been fine for a full tank, but I filled it up again tonight and once again, it is pouring gas down the sides of the tank. Any ideas what could be the issue? Cause Im tired of paying them to drop and install gas tanks.
