I recently purchased 19" wheels off of an 05 Range Rover and am Putting them onto a 95 SE. The problem is I don't have the new lug nuts, but I know someone selling lug nuts from an 08 Range Rover, will an 08's work? Also, do I need a hubcentric ring set?

dont know about the lug nuts but I'd think you need the rings. No expert though.

08 Lugs probably won't work. I put my old '05 wheels on a 96 P38 several years ago - needed the proper lugs and hubcentrics. Got the rings from overlander. Never had a problem.
