Has anyone replaced the factory radio with an after-market one? I know the CD player will not connect to it (1997 HSE) but I was wanted to get a radio with an iPod connection. Also my truck has the Harman speakers. Any problem with after-market radios?

I have one of those but I constantly have to change the station to get a clear signal. I just dont like having the changer in the back and want a direct plug in with my iPod.

I would highly reconmend replacing the head unit. I do not believe you can connect an ipod to the stock head unit, and fm transmiters suck. I replaced mine with this:
