Default Range Rover problems!!!

Hi all, I've finally found a site where I can ask a few questions!

Firstly, my RR is slightly missing under slight and heavy load, the mechanic has issued it with an injector cleaner but two weeks later its still doing it.

Secondly, and heres the goodie haha!!! I was travelling out of town when we pulled over to get a drink, left the vehicle idling, came out, put it into Drive "D" and nothing!!! It was just free revving, I stopped the engine started it again and it went into drive and gave some movement. However, after a few meters of movement and taking my foot off the throttle and re-applying throttle it just starts free revving again!!!

It's booked in already for Monday but does anyone have a rough idea of what is going on with my beloved Range Rover???

Have included pictures of her!
