Default Rims/Tires 04 RR

I found some posts regarding this, however I do not want to drill out wheels so they fit. A lot of nice tires for offroad max out at a 19in rim, I have 20's and the articulation suffers greatly- so how small of a rim can I get and where? so then I can go get some gnarley tires, I have the green stuff pads and slotted with dimples aftermarket brakes from ebc on all four corners
